In theory, device iOS then "confess" that it was jailbroken, triggering and automatic responses as alert helper or closure of access to the corporate Exchange Server E-mail service.Jeremy Allen Intrepidus, provider of mobile applications and services security device, explains why a jailbroken iPhone creates a threat of security for businesses.
"When jailbreaking and or [mobile] device rooting, the objective is to bypass or disable the platform and OS pieces that retain applications in the sandbox and run with limited privileges."
These devices may be difficult, if not impossible, to enforce the policy of safety that the user can bypass exemption from the application of the policy without conscious management servers in the or. »
MDM providers such as the good technology, MobileIron and Sybase claim that they can detect even if the iDevice is jailbroken without Jailbreak detection API. However, Allen noted that these methods are not infallible.
